This baby was 6 weeks old at the time of his shoot. Babies this age can't bend as easily and don't like to be handled as much as a 2-week-old so the posing and props I use are much more simple for these shoots. But boy, this guy aced his session and slept nearly the entire time! He woke up at the very end just in time for me to capture a few open eyed photos.
Many babies find being outdoors more comfortable than being indoors. The fresh air and sunshine can help to calm and soothe them.
